The Peppermint Iguana Radio Show will be coming at ya live and direct on Dapper FM again on Tuesday 1st August and, once again, the focus will be forthcoming festivals.
This summer has already witnessed a plethora of festivals but, as always, things go up a gear in August. There is no excuse for not being able to find a festival to go to next month. Boom Town, Beautiful Days, Shambala, Green Gathering, Green Man, Truefest and of course, ye olde McReading, to name but a few.
Into the mix this year comes Landed, a festival previously held in April, but this year moving to a sunnier (hopefully) place in the calendar.
For this show we will take a peek at some of the festivals coming up in August, but will be focusing mainly on Landed. Why? Well, because it is set in the heart of Mid Wales, which is where we like festivals; it is non commercial and grass roots, which is how we like our festivals to be run and – last but not least – cos they have been generous enough to give us tickets for the festival to give away as a prize.
